Well according to my Wii Fit, it has been 200 days since I last “weighed-in” and I’ve gained 15 pounds in that time. Ouch. Well, my husband is on board this time and we’re both going to give Dukan another shot. He wants to try a 5/5 rotation this time. 5 days of PP followed by 5 days of PV. Having only done 1/1, it will be interesting to see if I like 5/5 better.
Today was day 1 and we’re all stocked up on Dukan friendly food. I did a Zumba Fitness work out as it’s still a bit chilly outside for walking. I know exercise is very important so I’m hoping it falls back into the habit it was last spring. I have all kinds of DVDs and Wii Fit games to keep things interesting.
I will be posting at least once a week in the coming months as we embark on this weight loss journey.
